AWS’ in-house training center provides variety of training programs to continuously support our employees skill enhancement.   For example, a 5 month intensive training of fresh graduates covers IT fundamentals that target to pass Philippine National IT Standard (PhilNITS-FE) examination, software development technologies including UML, XML, Java, J2EE, presentation skills, technical writing and Japanese language (Nihongo) training by native Japanese instructors.          Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has been implementing Japan's IT Engineers Examination in Asian Countries.         In the Philippines, such exam is called PhilNITS. Started in 2002, and recognized as Philippines' National Standard.         AWS enjoys the highest number of PhilNITS passers and passing rate. (50%)       AWS prepares employees for the exam at in-house training program for fresh graduates.       AWS is the official sponsor of PhilNITS.
