Call Asian Strength Together and Leap to the World AWS Group aspires to be the venue for enthusiastic and passionate professionals to further develop their talents. That is why we established our own training institution in the Philippines and have been providing robust training for professionals. At AWS Group, while the company provides opportunities for growth to every employee, cheerful and forward looking employees strive to improve by making the most out of such opportunities. That is the source of AWS Group’s strengths. AWS Inc. in its second year in Japan has about 140 employees (about 360 as entire group) today and we continue to expand under our “Go Global” vision. While Japan’s manufacturing industry such as automobile and appliances is highly recognized and successful globally, I must admit Japan is not as competitive in the global market in the field of software and ICT today. As stated in our vision “Go Global”, our dream is for AWS to become a globally competitive company supported and trusted by the society. We would like to achieve this by making full use of Japan’s unique culture and technology in ICT and by calling together young and enthusiastic resources in Asian countries The concept of “border” is of little significance in today’s networked and connected world. I want our company to go beyond the border, bring in the most creative people in the industry, and be the place for them to talk about their dreams. And our first priority is to achieve the happiness of our colleagues and their families. As we respect the uniqueness of each individual, each country, and each ethnicity, the good relationship between individuals and good relationship between countries becomes all the more important. By creating a synergy of uniqueness and team work, I would like to expand the presence of AWS brand in many countries around the world.
